Acts
The editor of this edition generously shared a digital copy of Acts of the Apostles: A Greek, Latin, and English Parallel Text Being an Aid for Adults to the Easier Learning of the Classical Languages, over a year ago. We apologize for the lateness of this review. It would appear to be enormously useful for schools and individuals who love classical languages and the Biblical text. If I had one critique of the volume it would be this: Please identify the source of the Greek, Latin, and English texts in the Preface of future editions so that readers don't have to do it for themselves. I believe that potential buyers would more confidently buy the print edition if they had that information available on the Amazon listing. If we expect excellence in scholarship from our scholars, we should expect it from the materials we place before them. We would also offer this as a suggestion: Place the English column in between the Greek and the Latin. This arrangement would help English readers more easily associate an English word or sentence with the Greek or Latin without skipping over a column. Again, we thank the editor for the free edition available online.
